在没有光亮的静室中面东端坐，两目微闭，全身放松入静。从上到下，从里到外一段一段地放松。 在进入恍惚杳冥的虚无状态后，性光便会在眼前自然,
显现。刚开始修炼时，等待的时间较长，眼前并无什么光明，而一片黑暗。 不用着意，定能生慧，只要静心观照眉心这个虚空部位，两目神光注于明堂
宫中，似守非守，若存若忘，渐渐地额前便会出现光明。 初显时，有人看到的似淡淡的白雾，有的看到星星点点，也有人看到的是红黄相杂之光，也有
绿色、紫色等颜色的光明，日久之后，只要闭上眼睛，性光就会立即出现。
性光显现后，要采用磨镜法增加亮度。具体方法是：以两目神光和眉心神光内注明堂宫，微以意念运三光。 顺时针（时针对着面部定位）慢慢悠悠地旋
转，犹如磨镜。心中加一“亮”的意念。性光会随之变亮，且越来越亮，光耀如日现前。 接下来，很快就会看到各种幻像，如山河湖泊、花草树木、师
